What venue teams ask first.
Can we add The Roxys to our preferred-supplier list?
Yes, and we would welcome it. Get in touch and we will send a venue pack with formats, tech requirements, insurance details and contacts, so your events team has everything on file to recommend us.
Are you insured, and is your equipment PAT-tested?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance. We usually perform as a trio of singers using the venue's sound system, and where we are asked to bring our own equipment it is PAT-tested. We can provide certificates for your records ahead of any date.
Can you work with our in-house AV team?
Yes. For venues with house sound and lighting, we coordinate with your team before the event to agree levels, staging and timings, so the performance fits the room and your run-of-show.
How much space and power do you need?
It depends on the format. As a trio of singers we typically use the venue's sound system and need only a modest performance area with power nearby. Larger formats such as the six-piece Big Band need more room and a short sound-check window. We confirm exact requirements per booking.
Can you perform as a regular residency?
Yes. We are set up for recurring bookings and residencies, with a consistent line-up and standard so your guests get the same quality every time.
